A retail pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join their team in Thief River Falls, MN. This role offers the opportunity to work with innovative pharmacy technology, including a newly implemented robotic system, in a setting that supports strong technical assistance. Location: Thief River Falls, MN
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Approximately 40 hours per week with potential flexibility for relief coverage
Responsibilities
- Fill and manage approximately 600 prescriptions weekly, with Monday as the peak day
- Collaborate effectively with pharmacy technicians and staff to ensure smooth operations
- Utilize pharmacy robotics and EnterpriseRX system to enhance workflow accuracy and efficiency
- Provide patient counseling and support on medication regimens
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards
Qualifications And Desired Experience
- Licensed Pharmacist with retail pharmacy experience
- Proficient in prescription processing and patient consultation
- Comfortable working with pharmacy automation technology
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of prescriptions efficiently
